Skyrim Interesting Npcs List __LINK__

Im cleaning out all my mods atm, but i cant use the auto uninstall because of this file, it for some reason feels the need to start with interesting npcs. It doesnt say why its getting stuck. Which managar do you recommend, Wyre Bash or Mod Organizer?
